The Black Opry invites you to discover, support and enjoy the Black artists that make magic in this space.\n\nGet ready for an evening of flavorful food, good company, and AMAZING music! Join fellow SSS students for a special night out at the Black Opry, a platform dedicated to highlighting and celebrating the often overlooked Black artists who have contributed to the country music genre since its inception.\nOur schedule will be:\n\n5:00pm – Meet at Gibbons\n5:15pm – Depart for dinner\n5:30pm-7:00pm – Dinner at TBD\n7:30-9:00(ish)pm Black Opry at the Lincoln Center\nReturn to Gibbons hall for drop off\n\nThis event is more than just a night out—it’s an engagement opportunity to broaden your horizons and appreciate the diversity within the music industry. Transportation to and from the event is covered, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. Mark your calendar and meet us at Gibbons at 5:00pm.
