
Grace Ivins is a results-driven Program Director and Technical Project Manager with a strong background in data science, statistics, and applied research. With expertise in coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, she has successfully led projects in NLP, sentiment analysis, and cloud-based solutions. Currently, Grace serves as the McNair Scholars Program Director at Colorado State University, where she pioneers AI and machine learning strategies to enhance student success.
With a passion for innovation and efficiency, Grace has led initiatives that improved program outcomes, secured grant funding, and influenced policy changes. Her work bridges the gap between innovation and stakeholder needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Grace holds an M.S. in Statistics from Colorado State University and is pursuing an M.S. in Information Technology Management. She is skilled in agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and statistical programming, with a strong focus on high standards, accountability, and innovation.
Outside of work, Grace is an avid reader, passionate about bodybuilding, and loves to dance. She shares her home with her cat, Tex, who keeps life entertaining. She thrives on meeting and collaborating with people from a variety of backgrounds, always eager to learn from new perspectives. Whether tackling a complex project or exploring a new book, Grace brings curiosity, energy, and a drive for continuous growth to everything she does.
