Ailin Amaro Martinez
My name is Ailin Amaro Martinez (she/her/ella), and I serve as the Graduate Intern for the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) within the Academic Advancement Center. I am a Colorado local, and my family is originally from Durango, Mexico, staying connected to my roots and visiting whenever possible is important to me.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Northern Colorado and am currently in my final year of the MBA program at Colorado State University. Alongside my graduate studies, I have worked across multiple student support and academic spaces, including CAMP, and campus offices focused on academic success, outreach, and student engagement.
I am passionate about creating supportive environments where students feel seen, empowered, and confident navigating college. I plan to continue my career in student support services, focusing on access and equity.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time in nature, visiting national parks, photography, discovering new music, and exploring creative outlets!
