Madeleine Jennings

Madeleine Jennings is a dedicated social work professional with a strong background in advocacy, student support, and higher education. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Legal Studies from Colorado State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and recognized for her commitment to equity, justice, and student success.
With experience in research, advocacy, and mentoring, Madeleine is passionate about helping students and families navigate complex systems and access the resources they need to thrive. Her work is guided by values of integrity, resilience, and servant leadership.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Madeleine brings lived experience to her advocacy, which fuels her dedication to creating pathways of opportunity for others. She is currently pursuing advanced opportunities in law and social work, with the long-term goal of shaping policy and practice at the intersection of education, justice, and community wellbeing.
Madeleine is also an avid outdoorsman and loves backcountry navigation, survivalism, gardening, rafting, and spending time on the lake with her husband and daughter.
