Carlos Barrientos
Carlos Barrientos is a retention specialist committed to creating access for students of all backgrounds. He has dedicated his career to helping students achieve academic excellence in secondary schools as well as higher education. He is a first-generation college graduate with a BA in social sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, an MS in Teaching and Learning from Colorado State University; Global Campus and an MA in Legal Studies from William & Mary School of Law. Carlos has held administrative roles in higher education as well as teaching roles in the classroom. Throughout his journey, he has sought to bring new perspectives and open opportunities to underrepresented populations. Carlos enjoys sampling life and is dedicated to lifelong learning.
