Hello! I am Manda Autobee (they/them/theirs/elle/le), your friendly white Latine trans nonbinary retention specialist. I have been passionate about working with marginalized communities since I first began my higher education journey in 2014. I myself am coming from a low-income, disability, and neurodivergent background as a non-traditional student working through a long college journey. I am fresh from my master’s program at Naropa University in Boulder where I studied multi-genre and experimental creative writing. I am also an alumnus of CSU and obtained my undergraduate degree in creative writing and English. Storytelling is the root of my activism and social justice approach. Words from all languages are powerful in connections and community. I love learning everyone’s stories and am always happy to offer space for those who would like to talk with me. I am also deeply passionate about being a lifelong learner, I love to research, read, and find new forms of media to learn! If you have any suggestions, I am all ears.

Outside of work, activism, and learning, I am a pretty fierce gamer, a lover of all animation, a baker, and a proud partner to my wife and mom to my two fur kids, Cloudy and Cecil. My door is always open.
