Mary Ann Lucero (she/her/hers) is the Director for Classic and STEM SSS. Previously, Mary Ann worked at Aims Community College for the TRIO programs and Center for Diversity and Inclusion. Mary Ann is a first-generation, woman of color, TRIO alumna, and social justice advocate who centers their work in deconstructing the assumptions of minoritized communities and reimagining student success from a critical lens Mary Ann graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with her B.S. in Psychology and Religious Studies; followed by her M.A in Higher Education Leadership at University of Northern Colorado. Currently, Mary Ann is a Ph.D. student in Higher Ed Leadership program at CSU.

Aside from work and classes, Mary Ann enjoys gardening, fishing, crocheting, watching all things sports, and spending time with family.
