Hello! My name is Pablo Rosas (he/him/his), and I am a recent first-generation biological sciences graduate from CSU. I will be serving as a Retention Specialist for SSS Classic. Although I am serving the Classic side of SSS, my door is open to anyone and everyone. The AAC community was an integral part of my journey at CSU. TRIO works and has worked for me. I am ecstatic to dive deeper into the student support work of Colorado State University to further the mission and vision of the Academic Advancement Center to support student success holistically. I have garnered a burning passion for student affairs and aiding students to find their definition of success. I strive to make seemingly impossible opportunities into reality.

In my spare time, I enjoy snowboarding, paddle boarding, and playing all types of sports, especially volleyball. I have a culinary background, so I love cooking as well, but most importantly, eating.
