Hello! My name is Zuleica Vizcaino (she/her/ella), and I am a proud Latina from Colorado. I recently graduated from CSU as a first-generation student with my B.A. in Spanish and Ethnic Studies. I am excited to continue to be part of the AAC community and offer a safe space for under-represented students and anyone who needs it. My experiences navigating higher education are what inspired me to impact other students the way TRIO impacted me. My passion to advocate and support under-represented students is what led me to be a Retention Specialist at the AAC. I love to see the growth in people and plants, and I believe that we never stop growing. I cannot wait to see how much the AAC community grows, and I am honored to be part of that growth.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner and our fur babies Louna, Roomba, Koda and Blanquito. I also enjoy spending time playing animal crossings, watching anime, and reading.
