Need a financial lift for your summer classes? Apply for the SSS Summer Scholar Grant Award (SGA)! This award is designed to help current SSS participants like you cover unmet financial need for summer courses starting before July 1st.

Here’s how you can qualify:

• Must have meet with your Retention Specialist twice by the May 1st application deadline.
• Completed Arrive this semester or participated in at least 2 Engagement Opportunities by April 12th  (the Spring 2024 deadline).
• Must be in good academic standing  (GPA at 2.0 or higher – keep up the good work!)
• Must have unmet financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid (OFA). We will be in contact with OFA to determine your unmet need prior to reviewing applications
